$15 per session or BUNDLE - registration required, https://graysonpritchard.setmore.com/#classes Xingyi/Bagua | Tuesdays & Thursdays | 5:30 PM Xingyi/Bagua is an 18th century Chinese martial art inspired by a form of Taoist meditative circle walking. Registration and communications are directly with Blue Heron Healing Arts. Baguazhang is an 18th century Chinese martial art inspired by a form of Taoist meditative circle walking. This form of internal martial arts is characterized by constant circular movements and change, and the ability to fight while being on the move. A relative of Taijiquan (Tai chi) and Xingyiquan, Baguazhang is considered the most circular and spiraling system of Chinese martial arts (kungfu).  Grayson Pritchard, a certified instructor of Taijiquan, Baguazhang, Xingyiquan, and Qigong, is the owner of Blue Heron Healing Arts— a school of martial arts for children and adults, and energetic arts for health and healing. Would you like to learn some helpful gratitude exercises and strategies to bring more gratitude to your life?  Join Anna Finch at the Education Center at the Edith J. Carrier Arboretum for a fun hour of playing games, crafting and writing gratitude exercises, and learning some of the science of Positive Psychology along with a short walk through the arboretum. You can develop a Gratitude Attitude for the month of November that you can share with your friends and families during the holidays!  Register here, or come as you are.  What To Bring: Please bring your journal, and Anna will also provide some extra paper and markers for the exercises.
